This is a preorder item, which means that it is not ready to ship.
Snuggle Dragons and Hatchlings will be ordered every 15th of each month. It will then take 15-35 days to arrive to me (just providing a rough estimate).
Once the items arrive to me, it will take between 3-7 days to ship.
All preorder items are final sales.

Refunds are not typically available for preorders. However, if there is an issue with the order (such as a manufacturing error when it is received) a partial refund will be sent for repairs to be made.
Returns are not accepted at this time.
Lost orders are not refundable. Once an order is dropped off, I no longer can control how it is handled.
