✨Shipping Times✨
- For preorder items - these items that are not ready to be shipped.
- Shipping times will vary but are on based on 4-10 week estimates (based on when you placed your order).
- It takes 15-30 days to create the items and then 25-45 days to have them arrive. Shipping delays are possible, but email updates will be sent when needed.
- Once the items arrive to me, it can take 1-2 weeks to ship out your order depending on how many orders there are to package up.
- I will tally up the number of orders at the end of each month for this item and then place the order with the manufacturer.
- All preorder items are final sales.
- For handmade or ready to ship items, it will take between 1-4+ weeks depending on how many of these types of orders I have.
✨Refund, Return, Cancellation and Lost Order Policies✨
- Refunds are not typically available for preorders. However, if there is an issue with the order (such as a manufacturing error when it is received) a partial refund will be sent for repairs to be made.
- Returns are not accepted at this time.
- Lost orders are not refundable. Once an order is dropped off, I no longer can control how it is handled.
- You may cancel your order before the 24 hour mark.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. This is especially the case with VAT. Only international custom orders accepted at this time.
Frequently asked questions
International Package Refunds
If an order has already been shipped out, no refunds can be given as the shipping and processing has already been completed and the item cannot be sent back.
Care instructions for Witch Way Familiars
Hand wash or machine wash cold only with small amount of detergent and fabric softener. Allow to air dry and once dry utilize a conditioning spray and soft brush.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Shopify to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.
2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
• if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
• as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest toimprove my services; and 2) Compliance with the Shopify Seller Policy and Terms of Use. Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Shopify. I share information with Shopify as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Shopify Seller Policy and Shopify Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with laws.
